We want to get you your JIVTO as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your pressure gauge, micro switch and so on to good use sooner.
JIVTO offers free standard shipping on qualified orders for over 30 countries.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of purchase. In peak periods this may be extended to 3 working days, however we always aim to dispatch your product as soon as possible. See below for more information on how long it will take for your order to arrive once dispatched.

If you order both a small item, plus a larger item, your order may be dispatched in two shipments, and you will receive two tracking codes.

We've made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. Where possible we have provided an expedited shipping option.
Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice.
The 10-12 working days delivery estimate is from the moment you receive your dispatch confirmation.

We will send you an email once your order has been dispatched, this will include your courier and your tracking reference. You can also login to your account to see order updates. Alternatively please contact us and we can provide you with an update.

We process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed we are unable to edit your order.

All payment for orders will be taken once the order is placed. If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible and process a refund to the payment method used to place the order.

Yes, you will. When your package is scanned by our shipping provider, it automatically sends you an email with the tracking number included. If you have any questions, please contact us here. here
