Refund & Return Policy

1. General Return Conditions
Returned items must be in their original condition – unused, unworn, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Pre-sale items, custom-made products, and made-to-order goods are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This includes all products manufactured or customized according to customer specifications.

2. Return Authorization
All return requests must be initiated by contacting us at sales@jivtopressuregauge.com.

Unauthorized returns (items sent without prior approval) will be refused.

Upon approval, detailed return instructions and the designated return address will be provided.

3. Refund Process
Refunds will only be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Shipping costs, customs duties, and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Pre-sale and made-to-order products.

Custom-engraved or personalized items.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification.

Items not returned in their original condition or with missing parts.
