We also ensure the best quality customer- support to avoid any kind of problems while returning requests. Moreover, if you come across any kind of product-related issue and you plan for a refund, we can make a refund under the conditions mentioned below:


Return Policy: The products will only be accepted as a return if the product is in the same condition that you received from us. It must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

You can only process the return/refund within the first 10 days. 


Return Process: To initiate a return, you can contact us at  sales@jivtopressuregauge.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll instruct you on how and where to send your package. 


Products Eligible for Return: We only process returns for pressure gauges and ball valves



Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
